MAIN MENU

SOUVLAKI - Marinated pork barbecued on a skewer.  Served with rice pilaf, tomato wedge, cucumber slice, olives, feta cheese and a roll.

ROTISSERIE CHICKEN - Half a chicken marianted in olive oil and spices.  Served with rice pilaf, tomato wedge, cucumber slice, olives, feta cheese and a roll.

GYROS - Indescribably delicious sliced beef, lamb and pork.  Served with pita bread, tomatoes, onions and a side of tzatziki cucumber sauce.

PASTITSIO - Ground beef, macaroni and cheese topped with bechamel sauce and then baked.

GREEK SALAD - Refreshing mixed iceberg and romaine lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, feta cheese and olives served with Greek vinaigrette.

SPANAKOPITA - Fresh spinach, feta cheese, cottage cheese and eggs mixed and wrapped in phyllo sheets and then baked.

GREEK FRIES - French Fries with feta crumbles, oregano and lemon.

SAGANAKI - Flaming cheese, a favorite Greek Appetizer.

KATAIFI - Shredded phyllo dough stuffed with walnuts and topped with honey.

KOULOURAKIA - Butter cookies - a great coffee dipping cookie!

KOURAMBIETHES - Powederd sugar coated butter cookies with roasted almond slivers

BAKLAVA - Layers of phyllo dough, chopped walnuts and cinnamon, all drenched in syrup.

MELOMAKARONA - Brandy flavored cookie dipped in syrup and topped with chopped walnuts.

DIPLES - Honey and nut drizzles fried dough spirals.

FLOGERES - A rolled up version of baklava.

BOUGATSA - Custard filled phyllo dough topped with powederd sugar and cinnamon.
